for everyone
Fast women meet hot bikes...or is it the other way around?Quite often in the world of fast women, fast machines and popping camera flashbulbs, industries find a way of overlapping. Jay Grdina's Hayabusa is just such an example of what happens when the sultry world of adult film meets the roaring sounds of the custom motorcycle industry.

This 2005 'Busa started life as a gift from successful adult actress, Jenna Jameson, to her then husband, Jay Grdina.

Tony Sesto and Tek-9 Cycles got involved when Club Jenna director and friend Duane Bell asked to borrow a few of Sesto's wild custom pieces for a "feature film" he was working on. This also netted the builder an invite to Erotica LA, where Tek-9's bikes were on display to promote the release of the film in which they co-starred.
Grdina took notice when the bikes in his booth were attracting as much attention as the scantily clad actresses frolicking around the room. He and Sesto stepped aside and took some time to discuss what could be done to spice up the 'Busa in Grdina's garage.

The plan was initially for a fattened-up rear and a few pieces of flair. But once the project was underway, Sesto received the direction he had hoped for-free rein (within budget and reason) to do with the bike whatever he pleased.

With the green light, Sesto dug in and began to run with the project and built the ride the way a custom should be, with every detail dialed in. He knew that most people wouldn't notice the little things, but as a builder of high-profile rides, he wanted the bike to represent his style.

Everything from the polished radiator to the chrome fan and shroud were blinged. A double-disk single-sided front brake was mounted on the 'Busa, while the other fork-tube lower was shaved to reveal the sick Czar wheel and a dummy disk.

A C&S 10-inch-over, 300mm wide tire on a Czar wheel complete with remote air-ride suspension fattened up the back as planned, too.
The fiery paint was sprayed by Gordon Paint and links the bike to its owner. Sesto commented: "We wanted to personalize the bike without being obvious. We could have used a portrait of Jay's face or the Club Jenna logo, but we opted for subtlety."

The four tattoos on the airbrushed hotties match the four distinct Kanji tattoos on Grdina's body. The images depict Balance, Power, Love and Beauty-which adequately exemplify both owner and machine.

Sesto gives a huge thanks to his vendors and said: "This project wouldn't have been possible without the exceptional work of Sport Chrome and 'Mandy,' who introduced me to a whole new world of entertainment."

When the biggest names in entertainment want to look their best and show their wares they find ways to go big. When it comes to bikes, a sweet custom ride is as big as it gets.
